• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of financial processes and internal controls.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Job description

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance, IT, and relevant stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities, assess potential business benefits, and prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and operational requirements.
• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain automated solutions using Excel VBA, Alteryx, Power Automate, and other applicable automation technologies to streamline Finance operations.
• Maintain the quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data by implementing appropriate data validation measures, security protocols, and internal control procedures.
• Deliver user training, prepare process documentation, and provide ongoing technical assistance to ensure effective tool adoption, address operational concerns, and maintain automation performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to deliver system enhancements and integrated automation solutions, while overseeing project progress, coaching junior team members, and aligning stakeholder expectations with project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in finance operations, financial reporting, data analytics, process optimization, or automation development, preferably in a corporate or shared services setting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA, with familiarity with Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar automation and workflow management platforms.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with knowledge of financial processes, data management practices, internal controls, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, assist end users, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide guidance to junior team members.
