Sun Life Philippines is seeking a Finance Automation Lead who will collaborate with Finance and IT to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. You will design, build, test, and implement automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and related tools while safeguarding data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will train Finance team members, provide ongoing support, and lead the Finance Automation team, coordinating with PH BU IT, RO IT and Corporate Finance Accelerator teams to deliver

• Experience with automation initiatives in Finance.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA and data tools.
• Understanding of regulatory and Sun Life policy requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with Finance and IT and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Implement and maintain automations using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and related tools.
• Manage Finance data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance within automated tools.
• Provide training to Finance team members on tool usage and offer ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance and controls for automated finance processes.
• Collaborate with PH BU IT, RO IT, Finance Enablement, and Corporate Finance Accelerator teams on solutions.
• Lead the Finance Automation team, guiding junior members and coordinating stakeholder communications.
