Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and AI applications for data processing and analytics.
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills with Pivot Tables and data modeling.
• Experience or coursework in data analytics and dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily AP/AR financial processing or related activities.
• Identify and implement automated workflows using low-code tools or scripting.
• Build financial analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and produce aging, cash flow reports.
• Apply AI/data techniques for anomaly detection, automated document processing, and variance analysis.
