Mega Prime Foods Incorporated is seeking a Finance Specialist to support AP/AR processes and drive modernization using AI and automation. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on data, technology, and finance.
The role emphasizes end-to-end processing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline financial workflows. Responsibilities include implementing low-code automation, building dashboards, and applying AI for insights while ensuring compliance with accounting controls.
At Mega Prime Foods, financial agility and operational excellence start with modern, data-driven workflows. We are looking for an innovative, tech-savvy Finance Specialist to join our Finance team, with potential assignment in either Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR).
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for finance, data, and technology are highly welcome to apply! If you are an analytical problem-solver who loves using modern software tools, AI, and data analytics to simplify numbers and streamline processes, this is your opportunity to build a high-impact finance career in a top FMCG company.
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor/Manager, you will not only execute core transactional finance functions but also serve as a key driver for modernization—leveraging AI tools, low-code automation, and data analytics platforms to streamline processing, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and elevate financial reporting.
Core AP / AR Financial Processing: Execute daily financial operations in assigned areas—managing end-to-end invoice matching, vendor payments, and reconciliation for Accounts Payable, or customer billing, collections, credit monitoring, and ledger balancing for Accounts Receivable.
Automate Finance & Accounting Workflows: Identify manual, repetitive tasks across AP/AR processing and implement low-code tools, basic scripts, macros, or AI-driven solutions to accelerate processing speed and reduce error rates.
Build Financial Analytics & Dashboards: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets) to transform raw transactional data into actionable financial dashboards, aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and operational insights.
Leverage AI for Financial Insights: Apply modern AI tools and data techniques to assist in anomaly detection, automated document processing/matching, predictive collections, and variance analysis.
Process Improvement & System Governance: Partner with IT and Digital Transformation teams to refine ERP workflows (such as SAP), update finance SOPs, and ensure automated processes adhere to internal audit and accounting controls.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome!
Automation & Tech Aptitude: Hands-on experience or coursework/projects involving process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, Python) and AI applications for data processing and analytics.
Data & Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, data modeling, complex formulas) and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or DBeaver). Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP) is a plus, but trainable.
Accounting Fundamentals & Analytical Mindset: Solid understanding of core accounting principles (AP/AR cycles, GL accounts, reconciliations) paired with sharp problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, IT, and external vendors or commercial partners.
