Mega Prime Foods Incorporated is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead to partner with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive financial insight and sustainable growth. You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, translating data into actionable business recommendations.

The role demands strong Excel skills, ERP/BI experience, and a proven ability to influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Management Accounting, or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or a fast-paced commercial environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of challenging assumptions while maintaining strong working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and other commercial teams to evaluate business performance.
• Provide financial insights to support commercial strategies, business plans, and key decision-making.
• Translate financial data into clear and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Challenge business assumptions with independent financial perspectives.
• Participate in business reviews and analyze key performance drivers.
• Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, rolling forecasts, and projections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop realistic financial targets.
• Monitor performance versus budget and forecast, explaining variances.
• Provide timely recommendations to address gaps and improve financial performance.
• Analyze sales, gross margins, contribution margins, trade spending, promotional investments, and other metrics.
• Evaluate profitability by product, channel, customer, and account.
• Assess financial impact of pricing changes, promotions, discounts, and trade investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and drive profitable revenue growth.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for new initiatives.
• Prepare commercial performance reports and dashboards.
• Develop KPIs to track performance and consolidate data.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve profitability and efficiency.
