Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Finance Associate to lead projects, implementations, and training on complex process improvements within Financial Strategy and Operations. The role focuses on maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Review and present data on transactional activities and functions including vendor invoice processing, 1009 and tax processing, lease administration, and cash receipt applications to management.
• Perform audits for identified process improvement initiatives. Make recommendations based on the information gathered.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
• Point person for implementing complex process improvements that require a team effort.
• Delegate tasks to team members. Ensure timelines are achieved.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
• Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

About the Role:
