Aeon Fantasy Group Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate - Incoming Payments in Makati to ensure accurate processing of cash and online payments and to keep records compliant and up to date.

You will prepare daily cash reports, support store cash management, and help with regulatory documentation and tax-related filings, collaborating with internal teams and government agencies as required. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in finance, cash management, or accounting; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.

Mansioni

• Record and monitor customer payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile payment records and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all incoming payments are documented.
• Prepare Daily Cashier’s Report and other finance reports.
• Maintain organized financial documentation.
• Assist with reconciliations and other accounting tasks.
• Ensure stores follow cash handling policies.
• Monitor compliance with cash management controls.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies.
• Manage the Petty Cash Fund and reconcile disbursements.
• Handle regulatory compliance: permits, licenses, tax IDs, registrations.
