Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in monitoring payables and receivables

AFS & Compliance

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits
• Ensure proper filing and organization of compliance records

Taxation

• Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.)
• Monitor tax deadlines and compliance requirements
• Prepare tax schedules and reconciliations
• Coordinate with accounting/finance leads on tax matters

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain finance‑related trackers and reports
• Assist with government and regulatory documentation
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• Experience with AFS preparation and Philippine tax compliance preferred
• Familiarity with BIR processes and documentation is an advantage
