Mocasa - Pay Later Anywhere in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional to support the accounting, tax, and compliance functions. You will help ensure timely, accurate financial records and reports, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities include monthly close, treasury, tax filing, and coordination with banks, BIR, and external auditors while assisting in the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements and audits.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Handle monthly closing and full-set accounting activities, including recording journal entries and vouchers, maintaining the general ledger, journals, and other accounting records, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Manage daily treasury and cash-related activities, including processing supplier payments through online banking, checks, and bank counters, including foreign currency payments; following up on customer collections; and managing petty cash.
• Handle tax compliance and filing activities through eFPS, including the preparation, filing, and payment of CWT, EWT, VAT, GRT, ITR, and other applicable taxes, as well as preparing the required tax returns and supporting schedules/documents.
• Manage tax and finance-related documents, including the issuance, collection, checking, organization, and filing of sales invoices, collection receipts, BIR Form 2307, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with external parties and perform necessary field work, including banks, BIR, external auditors, and other relevant parties, and assist in finance and tax compliance matters.
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and support the annual audit process.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks as may be assigned by the Finance Manager.

Working conditions

This position requires working with different nationalities. The regular working shift is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
