Job description

• Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement via BPI online transfer or check (15th and 30th of the month).
• Prepare and remit monthly government contributions (PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SSS).
• Post contributions via eGov online platforms within prescribed deadlines.
• Maintain accurate financial and payroll records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Prepare statutory reports and transmittals as required by government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or related role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, payroll processing, and government remittances.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BIR eFPS/eBIRForms, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG eGov is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
