The role involves GP analysis, month-end processes, accounts payable management, and reconciliation with principals, supporting the Finance Manager to achieve departmental goals in a dynamic, regional distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course; CPA preferred.
• At least 1 year in accounting in an integrated system environment, preferably in a distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Gross Profit Analysis and monthly GP reporting.
• Book adjustments per VP-Finance guidance.
• Maintain Commercial Terms Agreement in Vistex/SAP.
• Reconcile accounts with principals and prepare balance confirmations.
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely documentation and payments.
• Prepare month-end MJs and inventory reclassifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by VP-Finance.
