Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, seeks a Finance professional to handle gross profit analysis, AP processing, and monthly reconciliations in a dynamic distribution environment in the Philippines.

The role supports the VP-Finance in implementing accounting policies, preparing management reports, and ensuring timely financial close. A BS Accountancy or related degree and CPA preference are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Must understand AP and inventory management processes.
• Familiar with accounting, inventory, sales and warehouse activities.
• Analytical and accurate in work output.
• Demonstrates initiative and good judgment.
• Thorough knowledge of office work procedures.
• Organized, systematic, flexible with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate with standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Perform gross profit analysis and ensure GP reports are accurate.
• Book adjustments as advised by VP-Finance.
• Maintain commercial terms in Vistex and cascade details to team.
• Review List Price and related costs in SAP.
• Provide quarterly balance confirmations to principals and secure sign-off.
• Ensure monthly reconciliations for AP, GRIR, safekeeping, and promo fund accounts.
• Process invoices and offset/deductions timely; submit payment proposals to treasury.
• Prepare and review manual journals and debit/credit notes.
• Process claims receivable and ensure timely billing to principals.
• Attend principals meetings and address concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments on principal accounts management.
• Prepare other schedules as required by supervisor or principals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by VP-Finance.
