Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of AR claims processing and accounts payable. You will lead a team to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in financial transactions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred, at least 5 years in AP and claims, SAP and advanced Excel proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. Located in Sun Valley, Philippines, with potential for extended hours during month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA with audit firm experience preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in accounts payable and claims management; at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willing to extend work during critical periods such as month-end and year-end close.

Responsibilities

• AR Claims Management: Review, validate and process chargeable claims to clients per the distribution agreement and ensure timely billing.
• Accounts Payable Management: Oversee invoice processing, client payments, reconciliations and adjustments; provide monthly forecasts.
• AP & AR Reporting: Conduct monthly meetings to review agreements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support external audits.
