Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst to support closing activities and timely management reporting. The role focuses on GP analysis, account reconciliation, and ensuring that policies within General Accounting are applied consistently to achieve departmental goals.

You will partner with the Finance Manager to maintain SAP and Vistex records, prepare journal entries, review claims with principals, and produce accurate schedules for month-end close and treasury funding.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BS Accountancy or related course; CPA preferred.
• At least 1 year in accounting in an integrated system environment.
• Knowledge of AP, inventory management and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform gross profit analysis and ensure GP and related reports are accurate.
• Prepare month-end close journals and adjustments; review MJs and accruals.
• Maintain commercial terms agreements in SAP/Vistex and communicate terms to the team.
• Coordinate with principals; provide quarterly balance confirmations and reconciling items.
• Process accounts payable, ensure timely invoicing and payment proposals to treasury.
• Support treasury funding and maintain proper documentation for audits.
