Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage billing, collections, and AR records, ensuring timely posting and accurate ledgers. You will conduct customer visits, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare weekly and monthly reports while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance.

The role requires a finance degree, 2+ years' AR experience, and proficiency in Excel and SAP, with a background in shared services or FMCG environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in billing and collections.
• Experience managing customer-facing accounts receivable activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collection activities to meet due dates.
• Keep AR ledgers accurate via timely postings and reconciliations.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve balances and disputes.
• Issue Statements of Account and coordinate documentation with customers.
• Conduct customer visits and fieldwork to support collection targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve AR issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection, aging, and activity reports.
• Monitor payment behavior and flag credit risks when needed.
• Support improvements and adoption of billing tools and platforms.
