Mace is seeking a finance administrator to manage transactional finance activities across multiple functions and support reporting and budgeting processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline and strong communication with internal stakeholders.
Applicants should have experience in finance administration and proficiency with finance systems, including Sage Intacct, Coda or TM1, plus a GCSE-level English and Maths background. Hybrid working options are available where suitable.

Processes transactional finance activities across supply chain, customer, payroll and banking functions.
Prepares reconciliations, accounting journals and financial schedules to support accurate reporting.
Assists with budgets, forecasts and analysis of financial performance against plans.
Supports the delivery of regular finance reports and client reporting requirements.
Maintains banking, treasury, intercompany and foreign exchange activities and reconciliations.
Contributes to Mace’s net zero carbon ambition through proactive management of carbon reduction opportunities.
Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or transactional finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance systems such as Sage Intacct, Coda or TM1.
Strong attention to detail, integrity and a process-driven approach.
Effective communicator with GCSE-level English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
