Job summary

Mace Group is seeking a diligent Finance Administrator to join our finance team. You will process transactional finance activities across supply chain, customer, payroll and banking functions, supporting accurate reporting and continuous improvement in our financial operations.

You'll work with Microsoft Office and finance systems (Sage Intacct, Coda or TM1), contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and help deliver regular client reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or transactional finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance systems such as Sage Intacct, Coda or TM1.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and a process-driven approach.
• Effective communicator with GCSE-level English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
