Job summary

Mace in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to lead feasibility studies, cost planning and value management across projects from inception to completion. You will support procurement strategy, tendering and contract documentation, and provide robust commercial governance throughout delivery.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying with progression toward chartership, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with BIM and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent with accreditation or progress toward chartership.
• Strong expertise in cost planning, contract administration, procurement, risk management and change control.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Digitally proficient, with knowledge of BIM, sustainability, carbon reduction and industry best practice.
