Job summary

Mace is seeking a skilled professional in Manila to lead contract administration and drive cost management excellence across projects. You will ensure compliance, manage warranties, bonds, and statutory documents while guiding teams toward delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• MRICS/RICS qualified or working towards accreditation.
• Strong commercial management expertise in contracts, risk, change control and cost optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with knowledge of sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, including contracts, warranties, bonds and statutory documentation.
• Develop and manage high‑performing cost management teams, driving delivery excellence, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee valuations, cost control and monthly post‑contract reporting, providing clear client‑focused insights.
• Manage cost impacts arising from design changes, procurement decisions, construction activities and commercial risks.
• Direct assessment of claims, certifications, practical completion and final account close‑out processes.
• Champion best practice, digital transformation and net zero carbon objectives, enhancing project outcomes and stakeholder value.
