Mace, a global delivery consultancy, is hiring a Finance Administrator in the Philippines to support transactional finance across supply chain, payroll and banking, ensuring accurate reporting.

You will prepare journals, assist budgets and forecasts, and maintain treasury and intercompany activities while aligning with our net zero carbon ambitions. The role emphasizes attention to detail, integrity, and clear communication, with flexible hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or transactional finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance systems such as Sage Intacct, Coda or TM1.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and a process-driven approach.
• Effective communicator with GCSE-level English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
