Job summary

UNDP Philippines is seeking a Finance and Administrative Officer for PROSPER-Bangsamoro, based in Cotabato City. The role supports day-to-day financial management, monitoring, reporting, and operational coordination across the Peacebuilding Cluster and related projects.

The successful candidate will liaise with UNDP teams, government partners and donors to ensure high-quality financial administration and adherence to policies and procedures in a complex, post-conflict environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial support to the implementation of Peacebuilding projects.
• Coordinate with UNDP Country Office Finance Analyst for alignment with financial oversight.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; produce donor reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with UNDP rules and donor requirements in financial transactions.
• Support personnel performance appraisal, leave tracking and related administrative tasks.
