Qualifications

• University degree in accountancy, finance, business administration, management, commerce, economics or related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in providing administrative and financial/logistical support to project implementation.
• National of Philippines.
• Working knowledge of English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and financial support for the project.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures and commitments.
• Manage project procurement, payments and disbursements.
• Maintain inventories of project properties.
• Ensure donor visibility requirements and compliance.
• Prepare budget revisions and project close-out support.
