Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple time zones.
• High attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital workflow tools.

• Experience supporting logistics, scheduling, service delivery, or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Create Manufacturing and repair Work orders; ensure timely processing.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and track job costs per procedures.
• Maintain training records and matrix; manage quotations.
• Support new product introduction administration.
• Handle warehouse and shipping admin tasks including invoicing and stock moves.
• Prepare and maintain production and performance reports.
