ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. seeks a Finance & Admin Manager to oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations. This role ensures accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting, financial planning, and stakeholder reporting, while mentoring the finance/admin team and coordinating with auditors and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA required.
• MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ERP systems and computerized financial management systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor fund availability, cash flow, and financial forecasts to support operational and project requirements.
• Coordinate fund generation and ensure timely financial reporting to funders and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
• Review financial reports and analyze actual performance against budgets and historical data.
• Present financial results and recommendations to management and the Board of Directors to support strategic decisions.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and compliance with ERP requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisers, banks, government agencies, and funding partners.
• Oversee financial reporting to partners and funders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department personnel to promote efficiency and performance.
• Oversee asset management, general services, safety, security, and regulatory compliance across offices.
• Ensure efficient finance and accounting support for organizational operations.
• Monitor staff performance and identify professional development needs.
