Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board.
Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Advise management on investment decisions, capital structure, and funding strategies.
Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
Review and approve budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee treasury, banking relationships, and funding arrangements.
