• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Advise management on investment decisions, capital structure, and funding strategies.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Review and approve budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee treasury, banking relationships, and funding arrangements.
