Job summary

Arni Medica Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations in its manufacturing unit. You will manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of GST and TDS, experience with ERP/SAP and Tally, and excellent analytical and leadership skills. Prior exposure to medical device or pharma manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA/CMA preferred but not mandatory.
• 3–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/medical/pharma preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control processes.
