Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is an advantage.
• Verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Full-time position in Makati office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and AR transactions.
• Creates invoices and submits to customers.
• Maintains and updates customer files and addresses.
• Responds to member billing/receipts inquiries.
• Sends reminders to members on a timely basis.
• Calculates late interest.
• Processes outgoing payments per policies.
• Handles day-to-day AP data and expense accounts.
• Performs other administrative responsibilities.
• Reports to Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts.
