• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure reports adhere to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Job description

2. Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely calculation and distribution of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. Maintain compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements related to payroll processing.

3. Accounting & Record Keeping: Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and oversee the issuance and reconciliation of invoices. Verify and process financial documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure reports adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements.

5. Tax Compliance: Oversee tax computations, filings, and payments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Liaise with external agencies and address tax-related inquiries.

6. Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with management in creating budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial discrepancies, trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

7. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal stakeholders during financial and operational audits. Provide accurate documentation and resolve audit queries on time.

8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial systems and workflows. Implement policies and strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
