Job summary

B.Grimm is seeking an Accounting Manager in the Philippines to oversee finance and accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting, tax compliance, and robust internal controls. The role leads local financial system implementation, supports budgeting, and manages relationships with banks and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will guide financial planning, governance, and strategic finance initiatives to support business growth and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years in Finance & Accounting, including 3+ years in the energy sector.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, PFRS/IFRS.
Experience with Oracle or financial system implementation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Ensure accurate payables, receivables, payroll, and financial transactions.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
Lead country-level financial system implementation and coordination with HO/Accounting Hub.
Manage cash flow, banking, forecasting, and fixed assets.
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, regulators, and advisors.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business expansion planning.
