Job summary

Guild Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, treasury, tax and financial reporting.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and data integrity while delivering reliable management information. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting Services, you will coordinate audits, partner with leadership and auditors, drive process improvements, and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and governance across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting with CPA preferred.
CPA license required.
Minimum five years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams and strong analytical skills.
Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, treasury, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead month-end and year-end closings and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors and regulators.
Provide financial insights and dashboards to support decision-making.
