Job summary

Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. in the Philippines seeks a GBS Finance & Accounting Manager to deliver accurate finance activities, lead month-end close, and partner with regional teams. You will manage AP/AR, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls while driving process improvements.

You will lead a team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure robust data, timely reporting, and scalable processes in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active Philippine CPA licence strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive finance experience, including 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in Philippine statutory accounting, BIR tax compliance, audit coordination and month-end close.
• Experience in a shared service centre or multinational environment preferred.
• ERP-based accounting, advanced Excel and reporting tools; Power BI advantageous.
• Experience improving controls, standardizing processes and automation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end control and quality of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, payroll accounting, expenses and petty cash.
• Oversee vendor creation with Master Data Management, postings, and reconciliations; respond to queries.
• Ensure payments, approvals, FX and documentation follow controls.
• Lead monthly close, journals, accruals, amortization and intercompany activities.
• Coordinate tax and regulatory reporting; manage external audits and data submissions.
• Drive standardization, automation and data quality using finance systems and MS 365.
