CLASQUIN Philippines is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance function and establish scalable processes for a developing business. You will partner with local management and regional teams to ensure robust governance, reporting and financial planning.

The role requires hands-on leadership, entrepreneurial capability and a track record in multinational environments, with a focus on growth, controls and cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Approximately 8–10+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a Finance & Accounting function.
• Experience within a multinational organisation strongly preferred.
• Experience establishing, transforming or scaling a Finance function would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function for CLASQUIN Philippines and act as a key financial partner to local management.
• Provide timely financial insights and analysis to support commercial and operational decision‑making.
• Partner with Regional and Group Finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate requirements, policies and reporting standards.
• Support the development of the Philippine business through sound financial planning, governance and risk management.
• Oversee all accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial and management reports in accordance with local requirements and Group reporting standards.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key financial performance indicators.
• Provide management with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
