Job summary

Clorox Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager of Accounting and Control to lead monthly close, ensure accurate IFRS and US GAAP reporting, and manage statutory audits and tax compliance. The role focuses on Sun Financial System administration, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Manila office.

You will support the Financial Controller, SEA, drive process improvements, automate where possible, and oversee day-to-day transactional finance activities including AR,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• CPA or international equivalent required.
• Experience with SOX and internal control implementations.
• Experience in multinational FMCG environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close and reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage statutory audits and tax compliance filings.
• Administer Sun Financial System and maintain records.
• Support Financial Controller, SEA, in compliance initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and automation in accounting operations.
• Oversee day-to-day transactional finance including AR, credit, and payroll support.
