Lica Land Group in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Accounting to lead our finance function. You will forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results, approve budgets, and supervise a team of accountants while ensuring robust internal controls.

You will analyze profitability, manage cash flow, coordinate regulatory reporting, and advise the board on funding options. The role requires CPA, a strong budgeting mindset, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Formación

• BSBA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferably with CPA license.
• Proven work experience as a Head of Accounting handling multiple company or corporation.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
• Leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Approve or reject budgets.
• Conduct risk management.
• Evaluate and decide on investments.
• Supervise a team of Accountants.

• Conduct profit and cost analyses.
• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.

• Recommend cost-reducing solutions.
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements Managing budgets.
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• M makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable.
• Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process.
