Cloud Bridge in the Philippines seeks an experienced finance leader to own the local finance function, close monthly accounts, manage cash, tax compliance and controls, and provide analysis to local and UK leadership.

The role requires running end-to-end finance delivery across payroll, invoicing, FP&A, and statutory reporting, with responsibility for intercompany matters and alignment with the group finance policy. You will partner with management to optimise working capital and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven senior finance experience independently running the full finance function.
• Qualified Philippine CPA with strong statutory and tax knowledge.
• Experience with cross-border invoicing and multinational reporting.
• Strong Excel and cloud accounting capability.
• Knowledge of local GAAP and tax compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the Philippines monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, and reporting to group deadlines.
• Lead billing, accounts receivable/payable, cash forecasts, payroll finance inputs, and expense controls.
• Manage local tax and statutory compliance, coordination with external advisers and audits.
• Oversee intercompany balances, transfer pricing support and group consolidation schedules.
• Review contracts for financial risk and ensure alignment with group policies.
• Act as primary finance contact for directors, auditors, banks and regulators.
