Job summary

Colliers International Philippines, Inc is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the finance and accounting functions, including controlling, budgeting, reporting, MIS, and tax. You will upgrade policies, ensure timely closings, and deliver monthly financial reporting and strategic forecasts.

You will lead payroll, GL, inter-company work, and tax planning, while mentoring accounting staff and partnering with business units to enable growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in a commercial environment.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA, ACCA, CIMA or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax law, US GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance system policy upgrades, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing.
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) and variances.
• Prepare strategic forecasts and budgets, and manage tax planning.
• Lead accounting operations including payables, receivables, GL, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally.
