Job summary

Provenance Distributions Inc. is seeking a hands-on Finance Executive to manage daily accounting and finance operations in the Philippines.

You will oversee bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with Philippine tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong full-cycle bookkeeping and Philippine accounting knowledge.
• Zoho Books or QuickBooks experience is highly preferred.
• CPA qualification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers; record and classify transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments and month-end close.
• Oversee AP, supplier payments, invoicing and collections.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate tax and regulatory compliance with external accountant.
