Job summary

InvestEd in the Philippines seeks a Finance leader to supervise day-to-day operations including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, disbursements and bank reconciliations.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, lead month-end close, and maintain robust controls while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness. The role requires FP&A involvement, budgeting, forecasting, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a finance or accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in FP&A including budgeting and forecasting; financial modeling is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools (Excel, ERP systems, or accounting software like Zero Books).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, payroll, A/P, disbursements, and reconciliations.
• Ensure payments and financial transactions are properly supported, authorized, recorded, and reconciled.
• Prepare timely P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, adjustments, and schedules.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with tax, statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
