Job summary

Prime Care Dialysis Center is hiring a Finance and Accounting Head to oversee financial data, budgeting, tax payments, and internal audits. The role reports to the VP of Finance and Accounting and requires strong leadership of a small team.

You will manage payroll, regulatory reporting, and strategic financial analyses to support corporate investments and growth. On-site position in Caloocan, Metro Manila with a career-forward, compliance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance/accounting with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in Philippine taxation and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a small finance team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial data and prepare statements.
• Budgeting, tax payments, and internal audits oversight.
• Coordinate forecasts with department heads for revenues/expenses.
• Perform variance analyses and provide insights for site acquisitions and viability.
• Oversee payroll, government remittances, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with taxes and regulatory reporting.
• Audit internal controls and work with external auditors.
• Manage bank accounts and cash flow projections.
• Support strategic planning with financial presentations.
