Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Accounting Technology.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger accounts, and supporting documents.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist in monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and monitor accounts receivable and follow up outstanding balances when necessary.
• Process and maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functions.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records; assist payroll coordination with HR.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections; perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and timely submission of financial reports; maintain confidentiality.
