Job summary

Nephro Specialist seeks a General Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across our multi-branch network in the Philippines. You will lead the accounting team, consolidate statements, and optimize ERP workflows to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a BSA, CPA, 5–7 years in accounting with 2–3 years in management, and strong Excel and ERP experience. You will influence budgeting, compliance, and audits, guiding strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) is required.
• CPA certification is strictly required.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple branches or units.
• Strong familiarity with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements, ledgers, and reporting across all branches.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff for accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive ERP usage, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements to improve data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls; liaise with external auditors.
• Provide insights, variance analyses, and budgets to leadership for strategic decisions.
