Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient dialysis center services.
• Coordinate with medical and nursing teams to support patient flow.
• Ensure a positive patient experience from admission to discharge.
• Address patient concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage PhilHealth processing, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth and other government/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain licenses, permits, certifications, records, and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee inventory and supplies, including dialysis equipment and consumables.

Job description

We are seeking a Dialysis Center Manager to oversee the overall operations of our dialysis center and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered services. The Center Manager will supervise daily operations, coordinate administrative and clinical support activities, manage PhilHealth processing and compliance, oversee supplies and inventory, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and government requirements.

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare professional with strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills and a commitment to providing an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dialysis center to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe delivery of services.
• Coordinate with the medical and nursing teams to support efficient dialysis center operations and patient flow.
• Ensure a positive patient experience, from admission and registration through dialysis treatment coordination, billing, and discharge.
• Address patient concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage PhilHealth processing and compliance, including proper documentation, claims requirements, submissions, and monitoring of compliance with applicable policies.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and other applicable government and regulatory requirements for dialysis center operations.
• Maintain and monitor required licenses, permits, certifications, records, and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee inventory management and supplies, including dialysis-related
