Job summary

Chooks to Go Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator/Trainer to conduct classroom and immersion trainings for kitchen, cashier, and dining staff. The role involves developing training materials, evaluating learning outcomes, and coordinating with the Operations Center to ensure adherence to standards.

The candidate will travel for field training, facilitate refresher sessions, and assist in staff certification processes to support consistent restaurant operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–3 years work experience in the food industry preferred.
• Must have good communication skills both oral and written.
• Willing to travel and do field work.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom trainings, facilitates, and evaluates immersion training for staff.
• Conducts refresher trainings as requested by the Operation Center.
• Supports Staff Certification processes and tracks certified staff.
• Implements Restaurant Operations Standards and conducts spot checks.
• Sends training reports to Operations Center and Support Centers.
• Develops and updates training procedures, policies, and forms.
• Prepares training materials and coordinates training logistics.
