Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Field Training Specialist to deliver hands-on training to Sales Associates across the Caraga region, focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

You will coach, monitor performance, and develop materials, traveling 100% to sites, including weekends, to observe live interactions and drive improvements for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid training experience.
• Sales training experience preferred.
• Strong process orientation and ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure all SAs understand sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline field training processes.
• Develop training materials, tools, and resources aligned with BillEase objectives and values.
• Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.
• Act as a liaison between SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery and Support:

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of Solid Training experience

• Preferably has Sales Training experience

• Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.

• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned areas' local language.

• Willingness and ability to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations as required, including weekends and non-standard work hours

• Flexibility to adapt to different work conditions and team dynamics.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and training.
