Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT support or end-user computing, with familiarity in Windows, Office, ITIL basics and ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy. This role requires willingness to work shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in End User Computing, IT Support or Asset Management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office and End User hardware.
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
• Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Ability to perform duties in a dynamic client environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide EUC support to end users in client environments.
• Work guided by objectives and measured on SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle day-to-day incident resolution and request fulfilment per ITIL.
• Assist with IMAC activities for desktops and peripherals across facilities.
• Learn new technologies as required by business needs.
