This position is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of automotive professionals, including technicians, service representatives, and administrative staff. It sets clear performance expectations, provides regular feedback, and facilitates professional development opportunities for team members.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Superior for the implementation of Dealer Service Performance Report to the BAIC dealer network.
- Monitor the compliance of dealers to DSPR/audit performance.
- Prepare reports pertaining to DSPR.
- Be able to follow through action points based on assessment results.
- Where service standards are deficient, coach and counsel workshop management on recommended practices and training requirements.
2. Monthly reports of dealers
- Ensure that dealers submit monthly reports.
- Review and be able to summarize dealer reports for presentation to aftersales and management.
3. Assist superior to manage and improve dealer service operations to increase customer satisfaction.
4. Work with dealers to implement BAIC programs and initiatives.
5. Assists in processing claims and warranty disposition.
6. Assist superior in attending to dealer's concerns/operations.
7. Others duties that may be assigned from time to time
To be successful in this role you must be...
- College graduate of a four-year business course, Automotive Management, or a related field. Master's degree maybe preferred.
- Exposed in Automotive Industry with 3-4 years of leadership positions/role.
- Experienced in Training and Technical Knowledge for 3-4 years.
- Knowledgeable in Automotive Sales, Service, and Operations.
- Experienced with relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Competent with Analytical mindset, ability in ploblem-solving and in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Able to work closely with superiors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Able to maintain professional communication with dealers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Excellent in organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Skilled to demonstrate integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism in all dealings.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to completing tasks on time.
- Able to maintain good moral character, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and upholds the company's value.
- Capable to drive.
