Job summary

JB Elite Corporation is seeking a Service Coordinator in Carmona, Cavite to ensure smooth service operations. This full-time role coordinates service requests, schedules field activities, and communicates with customers and engineers while maintaining accurate service records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple service requirements, with a willingness to travel for customer visits and company activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics).
• 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical products industry; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn technical products and semiconductor/electronics applications.
• Able to coordinate effectively with different departments and travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service activities, preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs
• Receive, record, and monitor customer service requests and technical concerns
• Coordinate with Field Service Engineers/Technicians regarding schedules, assignments, and job requirements
• Prepare and maintain service reports, job orders, service records, and other documentation
• Monitor the status and completion of service activities and provide updates to customers
• Coordinate the availability of spare parts, tools, equipment, and other service requirements
• Assist in preparing service quotations, purchase requests, and billing-related documents when needed
• Maintain accurate and updated service records and customer information
• Follow up on pending service requests, parts, and customer concerns
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations
