Job summary

GrainPro is seeking a capable Technical Service Engineer in the Philippines to provide on-site technical support, installation oversight, and field maintenance for Grain, Cocoa, and Coffee product lines. Travel to customer sites and distributors will be required.

The role demands a engineering degree, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to troubleshoot and document actions, with collaboration across production, QA, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; Agricultural/Biosystems preferred.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• 1–3 years in technical service, field engineering, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and business units for product applications and installation.
• Conduct field visits, inspections, testing, and supervision of installation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards during field activities.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation of field evaluations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product performance based on feedback.
