Job summary

All Certified Equipment Trading Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our service team. You will provide proactive technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and learn our product integration methods.

This full-time role may require travel to customer sites, and you will assist with training, warranty processes, and service documentation while supporting the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
• Knows how to drive.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive technical assistance to customers on client products.
• Reproduce, troubleshoot and perform advanced problem analysis on technical issues, maintaining standard of quality.
• Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Client products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
• May be accountable for or participate in the resolution of customer complaints.
• May be responsible for developing a new application or product launch testing plan and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results.
• Participate in development of new application, product launch, testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results.
• Will assist in effectively conducting formal and informal training sessions or presentations.
• Assist with warranty evaluation & claims to supplier.
• Assist Service Manager in creating Technical Reports and processing.
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Assist in creating customer / client Mapping.
• Assist in developing spare parts stock inventory folder for fast moving and future request needed by service technicians and mechanics.
• Will act as Marketing support of Service Department
• Assist in developing Service Technical documentation
• Carry out all other roles or task that are consistent with the level of this post or that fall within the scope of the role thereby ensuring that the overall business and operational priorities of the Company are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
• Performs other tasks which are assigned from time to time
