You will plan production, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and enforce QA standards while developing staff and improving efficiency in a fast-growing post-harvest technology environment. The role requires an engineering background, strong English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or a related four-year program.
• Experience in production operations is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control production to ensure timely, within-budget output and quality.
• Strategically increase productivity by optimizing resource use.
• Meet production and quality goals and support profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Create and enforce a time-bound production schedule.
• Monitor staff performance and implement improvements.
• Forecast production requirements to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with QA requirements in the Quality Manual.
• Oversee training of production personnel.
• Coordinate non-conformance issues with QA Manager.
• Ensure test reports are accurate and documented.
